2. SCOPE AND DUTIES
You are engaging me, Avv. Alessandra Stefania Galligani, to provide you with consultancy related to your legal case. As your lawyer, I will provide my services to a professional standard, in compliance with the law. I guarantee professional diligence, but I cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
3. COLLABORATORS
You agree that, to provide my legal services, I may work with internal and external collaborators and, if necessary, share your data with them.
4. FEES
The hourly fee for your case has been communicated to you in advance via email. This must be paid net of any eventual money transfer or bank charges. Should any bank charges be applied, you shall reimburse them.
5. EXPENSES PAID ON YOUR BEHALF
The fees above mentioned do not include any expenses paid on your behalf and must be reimbursed should they occur.
6. TERMS OF PAYMENT
The first hour must be paid upfront. For any following work undertaken you are billed every 3 hours, or after 3 months, whichever comes first, so that you always have control on the amount that you are spending.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. If information is withheld, falsified, or negligently provided, and loss results, I cannot be held liable. In any case, you agree that my civil and professional liability is limited to the amount you have paid for my services.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This engagement is governed exclusively by Italian law. Any disputes concerning interpretation, validity, or execution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Pistoia.
